The Louisville Slugger Exogrid CB9X TPX Baseball Bat features the exclusive Exogrid fusion process that uses a combination of heat and extreme pressure. The sleeve, inserts and metal wall are bonded to function as a single, solid unit. ST+20 alloy, exclusively from Louisville Slugger® and Alcoa, has a combined strength plus toughness, making it the most advanced alloy on the market. One-piece construction with internal carbon composite sleeve which provides greater handle stiffness. Carbon composite inserts in a grid pattern are several times stronger and lighter than the metal they replace.
